Zane Tarence, Founders Advisors Testimonial

Zane Tarence is a Partner & Managing Director of Founders Advisors, a mergers & acquisition firm serving middle-market companies.  He shares his experience working with CEOs he has referred to the Coaching Group.

I’m a huge evangelist, net promoter, raving fan of Victor’s coaching groups. That is the best investment of time and resources that I could ever have done. It is exactly what a CEO needs to do in order to create enterprise value.

I’ve referred many companies to Victor. What I hear after they’ve been in the program a year is: 1) “Wow, I was not educated.” And 2) “I didn’t know how to put a plan in place that was actually executable.”

I find that these coaching groups provide a level of accountability where you know other entrepreneurs in your business, where you can say, “This is what I’m really after.” Then you have a group to help you think through this, and then hold you accountable to taking that action.

I love the referrals that Victor gives me that come from his coaching groups because there’s a level of sophistication that a lot of our founders don’t have. We found that the outcome with those companies is a standard deviation away from the mean of most companies at their size and scale in the actual outcome of the process.

They’re ready, they’re prepared. I believe Victor’s coaching program will deliver outsized value for owners and CEOs of software businesses.
